ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for ensuring your account is secure. Because of how we operate a single account system with the use of your National Insurance number, if your account was to get hacked, and we could not ensure that you were the owner, the account would be locked and you would be unable to create a new account. You must treat your account security with the care and respect it deserves.
You should secure your account in the following ways:
MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Any member can request a secondary account, for any reason. Each request will be individually reviewed by the forum management team, where your request will either be accepted or declined. If your request is declined, we will explain why, and you will be able to appeal.
Valid reasons that are likely to accepted are:
You can request a secondary account by using the Request Secondary Account form, linked in the main menu.
As your primary account is registered against your National Insurance number, which we have no way of tracing back to your primary account, we will need to keep a record of which accounts are connected with each other. This record is stored offline and is not kept on the forum itself.
