I parked at a site where I have a permit, and no marked parking bays are provided. There are no lines at all. Not even faded - genuinely no lines.
The UK Car Park Management scammers gave me a fine for not parking in a bay. I obviously can't upload the picture here as it could personally identify me.
Their attitude towards appeals and complaints is disgusting, including the multiple times they say in bold that they won't reply to further correspondance.
Eventually, I got my refund, and of course, no further replies after asking why the ticket was issued in the first place. They're just ruthless pricks.
When I advised them that I would go to court, they got their solicitors involved. They were the most unhelpful morons too. That email is in the second post.
The thousands of complaints I read online against this company, and the body that I could complain to (which is not a government ombudsman), suggest a deep problem with these greedy private parking companies, that the government really needs to look in to.
